I support with direct client care and specific case consultations; I help you identify your clinical identity as a therapist. I specialize in EMDR and offer EMDR consultations to those  who want to deepen their understanding of complex trauma and healing through a somatic  framework. I also provide mentorship and guidance to clinical supervisors, upper management  and those in leadership roles within the industry. I offer both private practice and group practice  development strategies depending on your area of interest.  

As a direct client-care provider, I specialize in complex dynamics and severe symptoms. I use a  psychodynamic and trauma-focused approach within the context of attachment theory and Irvin  Yalom’s existential perspective. I am certified in Eye-Movement Desensitization and  Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as often integrating ego-state, IFS-informed, somatic and  mindfulness techniques in collaboration with my clients as warranted. My style is incredibly  direct and often times difficult to hear; it is paired with a deep sense of care and candor while  focusing on the underlying issue. 

I obtained my Master’s degree from New York University Silver School of Social Work, and I am a  Clinical Supervisor, Certified EMDR therapist and EMDRIA CIT. I am a Licensed Clinical Social  Worker, 117210, in the State of California and practice only in California. I also hold a Licensed  Master Social Worker, 109755 in the State of New York.
